What a waste

Well here I am going through all kinds of drama to get my appointment at the RE going on Monday, and I just found out that our current insurance covers $0.00 of fertility treatments. Hubs' open enrollment isn't until December, and mine isn't until next March. So unless one of us gets canned we're pretty much shit out of luck.

I'm not sure if it covers any testing though. I would like to find out about a lap for endo specifically, since it runs in my family. I know it's my own fault for not looking into this sooner, but I'm bummed.

I kind of had a feeling today was going to suck.

On top of that my boss is moody again today. I can understand she's stressed, but she really gets nutty - like she'll tell you something one day that's completely the opposite of what she told you the day before, and will yell at you if you try to argue. So I'm just trying to stay off her radar as much as possible until 4:30 rolls around.

Please, clock! Move faster!!

Insurance policy's suck!! I dont know why infertility isnt covered! Especially when it affects so many people. (((hugs))) The day will be over soon! Go home and have yourself a glass of wine! Its Friday!!! :)

Aw, that sucks! >:^/ You pay perfectly good money to the ins company & then they won't cover your medical issues. Grrrr! It's a scam!

Aren't moody bosses the bestest? My current boss is awesome, but I've had more than my share of the "dual-personality" ones. You can't win, lay low & keep your resume current.

That sucks. Insurance I tell ya. It seems to not cover anything you want and barely cover anything you need.

Yes I second the wine idea. :)

Oh Kit! :( That sucks big time!!!

If you decide to go for the lap, make sure it's all coded as "pelvic pain" with no mention of IF; then it should be covered. That's what I did. :) Hang in there - hope you managed to avoid the nutjob.
